  1 . How do you construct and build the Panels together ?
  The panels slide between top and bottom galvanized steel sections and lock together. The Panels are tied to the slab floor with steel U channels shape that are bolted to the floor, in similar way they are fixed at the top to whatever existing structure is available.
   
  2 . How would you install and join vertical Panels together ?
  For the vertical joints, the Panels have a tongue and groove joint. Polyurethane building adhesive is applied to these joints to contact faces of the two panels during construction time. To finish the process, you then apply tape and setting cement to the joints. Then the Walls are ready to be painted, rendered, wall papered, tiled, stone clad, or any finish that you wish.
   
  3 . How we install these walls Panels and do we need trained workers?
  These walls are surprisingly easy to install, the tongue and groove system allows rapid assembly and one or two days of practical training will make them experts .We are in the process of making training videos. We provide the training and we have as well excellent technical support for our customers.
   
  4 . How would you install Panels for an intersection or corners ?
  Walls intersections are screwed together with 175 mm long screws at approximately 900 mm centers ( see drawings) . It is recommended to put these screws as follows ( one near the top, one near the middle and then finally one near the bottom ). We use as well polyurethane building adhesive at the contact faces of the two Panels .
   
  5 . Do you need to do any plastering ?
  No you don’t need to do plastering, the only setting required is the joints which they are taped and finished. 
The panels do not require extra finish but if desired could be finished with any conventional coating used for architectural or aesthetic reasons.
   
  6 . What happens to the gap between the two Panels ?
  You fill in the gap between the panels with a filler
   
  7 . Are the panels insulated against sound and heat ?
  Yes, the panels provide excellent thermal and sound insulation, and are better than masonry .
   
  8 . How does the panel saves space ?
  The thickness of the panel of 77 mm doing the work of a thicker wall leave you with extra usable floor space .
   
  9 . How is the surface of the panel ?
  The two faces of the wall panel are very smooth. Once the wall panels are erected, the surface is finished and does not require more work.
   
  10 . Where can these Panels be used best in a Building ?
  We can use the panels as internal walls as an inside partitions. We can as well use them as external walls in a single skin, or double Panel or cavity wall.
The panels, being load bearing can be used as sacrificial form work for columns, forming permanent part of the structure and with a ready finished surface .
   
  11. What is the size thickness and weight of each Panel ?
  We have increased our Panel thickness from 75 to 77 mm and we will start to produce a thickness of 100 mm type. That range will cover most needs, but if there is a need for other thickness we will consider it. 
The size of one panel is 60 cm width and 3 m height. You could always cut the height of the Panel if you need less height . 
It is also possible to install two Panels or more on top of each other to increase the height of the wall .
The Panel weight is 96 kgs. And can be handled by two persons.
   
  12 . What are the advantages of using Panels over traditional wall types?
  Panels combines speed of assembly, quality finish, high fire rating, and the solid masonry feel, while eliminating wet trades. Good thermal and sound transmission coefficient make it an ideal solution for a almost all internal and external wall requirements .
   
  13 . What is the comparison between traditional building of walls for cost and time ? .
  The cost comparison against other materials is relative to the type of wall application that you use. 
In general the Panel can replace internal partitions walling very advantageously in both cost and speed of installation . Cost is reduced by approximately 20% and time is reduced by approximately 40%. 
In about every use we consider there is a price advantage .

  14 . Can Panels be used in load-bearing situations : 
  77mm thick Panels used in single storey house walls are capable of accepting up to ten times the conventional roof loading. Panels used as load – bearing walls in one, two, three or four storey building structures result in fast and efficient construction .
   
  15 . What about the ceiling ? 
  Our product can coexist with any other conventional materials. For example it can be used over concrete slabs, as walls, or over a steel structure or other masonry. 
When we come to the ceiling the same applies. You can form ceilings with different materials . We are developing at the moment a Panel that could be used horizontally to form suspended slabs and therefore form a ceiling .
   
  16. What about the flooring? 
  The Panels can be used as flooring structure, being placed over steel, or timber or other material. This way needs a forming support of approximately 500 mm centers. The Panel used as flooring can then be finished with vinyl, ,tiles or any other flooring finish. 
   
  17 . How do we install windows and doors ? 
  It is a very easy operation. You install the Panels first, then you cut with power tools the opening of either doors or windows ( as per size required). 
For large windows or doors, we need to install a lintel (horizontal) Panel on top of the opening. Any minimum waste or left over from the cutting could be used elsewhere in the formation of wardrobes, or where you need smaller sections . In general we think that the percentage of waste is very small . 
   
  18. How do you install electrical wires and conduits ? 
  Normally electrical conduits are laid horizontally in the ceiling space. Our Panels can take a lot of punishing without losing structural integrity . 
It is easy to rout ( groove ) vertically or horizontally in the Panel to insert wires or conduits. Then later are plastered flat to the wall surface. An electrical router tool is handy for this task . 
   
  19. How do you install water pipes ? 
  Similarly as above, you can chase into the core of the Panel to make a space for the pipes. Sometimes builders choose to have a double skin ( two Panels) in the shower back wall to accommodate taps and pipes. An electrical router tool is handy for this task. 
   
  20 . How much do we save to do the foundation compare to the traditional foundation? .
  It is obvious that the Panel is lighter than others types of masonry. Therefore, it would require less foundation volumes and thus less cost . 
   
  21 . What is the R and U value for these Panels ? 
  Blank line The 75 mm Panels have an R value of 2.4 and a U value of 0.41 .
The R value of a single skin of brick is 0.5. Our product is 4 times more efficient in insulation value (the larger the R value the better insulation properties). The U value is the reverse value of R value ( the smaller the U value the better the insulation properties ).

  22 . Are the Panels Durable ? 
  The are very durable, in Australia where the panels originated and the weather is very extreme they are structures of about 30 years not showing any sign of ageing.
   
  23. What is the fire resistance rating ?
  It is 2 hours for the 77 mm wall and 3 hours for the 100 mm wall .
   
  24. How long these Wall lasts? 
  Cement is the main component of the Panel. Therefore, it will last as long as time. The Romans used cement in their structures more than 2000 years ago and around the Mediterranean there are many serviceable structures still in use. The plastic beads that it contain are chemically inert and are not affected by moisture or weather temperature. 
   
  25. Would the Panel be affected by moisture /rain areas or high temperature weather condition? 
  No, the Panels are not affected by either rain or high temperature climate . 
It has excellent water resistant properties that withstand adverse weather conditions. These panels are suitable for use in wet area applications. 
   
  26 . Can we export this product? 
  Yes, we can export Panels. We can fit approximately 290 Panels in a 40 foot shipping container. The key of these operation is the relative cost of shipping, but we are very competitive in our selling price. 
   
  27. Do you have a laboratory results? 
  Yes, we have results for axial loads and lateral bending done by University of NSW – Australia and we obtained good values. 
Enclosed are some details laboratory results of both Australia and Jordan .
We have at our factory our own structural laboratory for QC/QA (quality control / quality assurance ) as well as for research and development .
